TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Due to the handwoven nature of each individual piece, imperfections are inevitable. In fact, we love these imperfections, as they give the product character.
Please bear this in mind when purchasing. Shapes are often slightly asymmetric and off centre. We are, of course happy to send phone quality snaps or, if you would like to see the product “in the flesh”, we can arrange a mutually convenient time and place to meet, with the product.
The same goes for the measurements. They are fairly rough due to each item being handwoven. Eg the Batonga Isangwa XL can be anything from 64-75cms. If you wanted a specific size it is best to call and we can send exact measurements, of the exact item you are interested in.
We aim to have “little bit of everything” but often items sell out quickly. It can be a few months before the same item is in stock again, so if you want a specific item, or are trade and placing an order then let us know ASAP, as we can process specific orders.
NB shipping costs from Africa will be applied to these specific orders.
Alternatively, if you don’t mind waiting a few months, but you know you want a specific item, let us know and we can allocate one for you, once payment has been received.

POSTAGE & PACKING
Royal Mail/Parcelforce costs are as follows:
Small parcel up to 2kg (45 x 35 x 16cm): from £5.00 for value up to £100
Medium parcel from 5kg (61 x 46 x 46cm): from £13.00 for value up to £100
Medium parcel up to 10kg (61 x 46 x 46): from 17.00 for value up to £100
Medium parcel up to 10kg (61 x 46 x 46): from 23.00 for value up to £250
Large parcel up to 30kg: (150cm max length): from £44 for value up to £100
Large parcel up to 30kg: (150cm max length): from £50 for value up to £250
All items are signed for and tracked.
Estimated Delivery: 2-3 days
If you live in Central/West/South West London or South West UK, and want to avoid delivery charges, we are happy to discuss a drop off service, or meet at mutually convenient time and place. This can be more convenient for bulkier items.
If you receive an item and it turns out to be not as expected, or is unsuitable and is in the same condition in which it was received, a full refund can be granted.
Items will need to be received and checked by us, once returned before a refund is given.
