POSTAGE & PACKING

All items are sent via Royal Mail, or Parcelforce and are signed for and tracked.
Estimated Delivery: 2-3 days

DROP OFF:
If you live in Central/West/South West London or South West UK, and want to avoid delivery charges, we are happy to discuss a drop off service, or meet at mutually convenient time and place. This can be more convenient for bulkier items.

RETURNS POLICY:
If you receive an item which turns out to be not as expected, or is unsuitable a full refund can be granted, provided that the item is in the same condition in which it was received.

Items will need to be received and checked by us, once returned to HQ before a refund is given, due to the delicate nature of some items.

Postage and packing costs (signed for and tracked) to be met by the sender (or see Drop Off service above).
