Green And Pleasant Land

Yes it most defiantly is a green and pleasant land out there. So much so, that as I flex my interior styling muscles more these days, I though I’d experiment with this explosion of rich loveliness and try to work it into a series of styled shots.

And since everything else has burst into life too, I had to add a bit of flower power too. It is most definitely impossible for me to style a shoot without flowers.

Naturally I called on the skills of a talented and patient photographer to help me get these shots spot on. I also raided my house for useful and relevant props.

 

1st Batch

With white tulips, terracotta, simple jam jars, tongue and groove panelling, the clean lines of an Ikea desk and of course the inevitable string of fairy lights, what’s not to like?

Wish my office always looked like this.

 

2nd Batch

Calling on Rosi de Ruig’s beautiful handmade lampshades and my almost-past-it tulips, I was able to put together one of my all time favourite colour combinations, pink and green. With a slice of edgy black, of course.
